Ordering
We ship palletized orders of 60 cases minimum per pallet.
When our project quote is accepted, and your account has been established, is when our dedicated account management professionals jump into action.
1) We check that the entire order will be fulfilled without shortages.
2) A confirmation invoice will be emailed to you as we complete fulfilment of the order and that your order is in process.
3) The order is staged and transportation methods and carriers are determined.
4) Your order leaves either our Kansas City or Los Angeles distribution centers.
5) A bill of lading is sent to you with carrier tracking information.
6) Our account management group will follow and direct logistics, and advise you of the status of your order and when it should arrive.
Payment
We make it easy for our clients to pay. We accept all major credit cards, bank wires transfers, and pre established lines of company credit with terms of net 15 days. Our account management group works with each client individually to ensure the client payments are processed smoothly and efficiently.
